jiph Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jiph website accessible at jiph.cam, including all games, services, promotions, and features offered therein.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a jiph account and/or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Member on the jiph Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's jiph account, including real-money deposits and qualifying bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or incentive offered by jiph to Members under specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum turnover conditions that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required of Members prior to withdrawal processing.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to jiph and its Members under Philippine law.
• "Philippine Gaming Regulations" refers to applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing online gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jiph Platform, by completing the jiph registration process, or by placing any wager or making any deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jiph Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and jiph with respect to the subject matter herein. Continued use of the jiph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2.3 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the jiph Platform and contact our support team at [email protected] to close your account.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the jiph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. jiph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending age verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the jiph Platform. jiph makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Excluded Persons. The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a jiph account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from jiph or from gaming platforms generally;
• Individuals who are prohibited from online gaming under applicable Philippine law or any court order;
• Employees of jiph, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or gaming software providers, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3.4 By registering a jiph account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 3 and that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jiph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

4.2 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the jiph registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiph login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify jiph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jiph shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain password security.

4.4 KYC Verification. jiph reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals or upon reaching specified deposit thresholds. Members must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.5 Non-Transferability. jiph accounts are personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or pledged to any other party under any circumstances.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, and direct bank transfer. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at jiph's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Requirements. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. jiph does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in the jiph cashier at the time of deposit.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by jiph to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to any verified payment account registered in the Member's name. jiph targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal requests from verified accounts; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and AML review requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with jiph's AML policies. jiph reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or Terms & Conditions violations are suspected.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the jiph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jiph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with rates published in the jiph cashier, following prior notice to the registered email address on file.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jiph offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates, which are published alongside each offer in the jiph promotions section.

6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the promotion; unmet bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

6.3 jiph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's account, jiph will honor the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional terms through arbitrage or matched betting techniques, or coordinating with other Members to exploit bonus structures — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.

6.5 jiph employees, their immediate family members, and individuals with beneficial ownership interests in jiph are not eligible to claim any bonus or participate in any jiph promotion.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the jiph Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. jiph does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where jiph determines that a manifest error has occurred.

7.2 Manifest Errors. jiph reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were published as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event data, or software malfunctions. Void bets are settled at the original stake amount returned to the Member's balance.

7.3 Maximum Win Limits. Maximum payout limits apply to all game categories and sports betting markets on the jiph Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout will be limited to the stated maximum.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure during an active round or bet, jiph's system will resolve the game based on the last confirmed game state recorded by our servers. jiph's decision on disconnection outcomes is final.

7.5 Suspicious Activity. jiph reserves the right to void, withhold, or reverse any winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting patterns, collusion, use of automated betting tools, exploitation of software bugs, or any other form of unfair play.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 Members agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the jiph Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade self-exclusion;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the jiph Platform software;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorization;
• Publishing, transmitting, or distributing any content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful via any jiph communication channel;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any other time.

8.2 jiph reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jiph Platform — including but not limited to the jiph brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiph Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jiph content without prior written consent from jiph.

9.3 Any unauthorized use of jiph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 jiph collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with the jiph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at jiph.cam/privacy-policy. By using the jiph Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 jiph may share Member data with third parties where required by Philippine law, regulatory authority, or court order, including but not limited to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

10.3 Members have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the jiph Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 jiph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino Members. We strongly encourage Members to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on time and money spent on the jiph Platform.

11.2 jiph provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all Members through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your jiph account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic reminders or logouts after specified periods of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your jiph account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jiph Platform upon request to [email protected].

11.3 If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, jiph encourages you to seek help. Support resources are available from PAGCOR and Philippine-based gambling addiction support organizations.

11.4 jiph strictly prohibits gaming by individuals under 21 years of age and takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 The jiph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jiph makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for purpose, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Platform or its content.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiph Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jiph's liability for death or personal injury caused by jiph's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12.4 jiph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, telecommunications interruptions, government actions, or natural disasters.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by Member. Members may close their jiph account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

13.2 Termination by jiph. jiph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jiph determines that:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct;
• The Member has provided false registration information;
• Account activity indicates involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• jiph is required to do so by applicable Philippine law or regulatory directive.

13.3 Upon termination for cause, jiph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money funds pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jiph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting jiph support at [email protected].

14.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of notice, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 jiph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the jiph Platform.

15.2 The amended Terms & Conditions will become effective upon the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the jiph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

15.3 Members who do not accept amended Terms & Conditions must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
